ENTSO-E’s TYNDP 169 scenarios were defined from two governing parameters: the relative speed of the green transition and the degree of European cooperation within the development of the electricity system. This has led to four combinations resulting in two ambitious and two less ambitious scenarios in terms of CO2 reduction, all describing the energy system in 2030.
